Living Intentionally with Shedding

Living intentionally means being mindful about all aspects of life & increasing one's vibrational frequency by leaning into what best optimizes your life holistically. One of my biggest ways of living intentionally is with shedding or decluttering.


Here's how shedding & decluttering can increase your energy filed & how to feel your best during the process:


  • Clutter blocks the flow of energy. When we have too much clutter, it can create a stagnant energy field around us. This can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, and fatigue.

  • Decluttering can help to clear and balance your energy. When you declutter, you are literally clearing away the old and stagnant energy, making space for new and fresh energy to flow in. This can help to improve your mood, increase your energy levels, and boost your overall sense of well-being.

  • Decluttering can help you to connect with your true self. When you get rid of things that you no longer need or use, you are also letting go of the emotional attachments that you may have to those things. This can help you to clear away the clutter in your mind and heart, and to connect with your true self on a deeper level.

  • Decluttering can help you to manifest your desires. When you create a clear and organized space, you are also creating a clear and organized space for your thoughts and intentions. This can help you to manifest your desires more easily.

Here are some tips for decluttering from an energetic perspective:

  • Start by clearing away anything that you no longer use or love. This includes things that you don't use, things that you don't need, and things that you don't love.

  • Be mindful of the emotions that come up as you declutter. Some people may find that they feel sad, angry, or guilty as they let go of things. It's important to acknowledge these emotions and to allow them to flow through you.

  • Focus on creating a space that feels good to you. This means choosing colors, textures, and objects that you find aesthetically pleasing. It also means creating a space that feels functional and inviting.

  • Be patient and persistent. Decluttering can be a process, so don't get discouraged if you don't see results immediately. Just keep at it, and you'll eventually create a space that feels amazing.

Decluttering from an energetic perspective can be a powerful way to improve your mood, boost your energy levels, and connect with your true self. If you're feeling stuck in a rut, or if you're looking for a way to manifest your desires, decluttering is a great place to start.
