This comprehensive program will equip you to confidently guide expecting mothers on their unique journeys, empowering them to experience a safe, supported, and enriching pregnancy through the practice of yoga.

This certification course will take place over 3 weekends at Willow OBGYN 7707 Ewing Halsell Ste 302 San Antonio.

We will meet Fridays (6-9pm), Saturdays (1-9pm) and Sundays (12-5pm): July 26th, July 27th, July 28th, August 9th, August 10th, August 11th, August 23rd, August 24th, August 25th.

Passion and service ignited my journey towards yoga education. At Goddard College, I delved into Eastern philosophy and holistic living, exploring its application to pregnancy, conception, food cravings, and the history of processed foods. This knowledge base equipped me to provide clients with a comprehensive approach to well-being.

A Yoga Teacher since 2013, with a decade of personal practice preceding it, I leverage my expertise as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP®) to share my knowledge. My background in holistic health, personal training, and birth doula work allows me to seamlessly integrate these disciplines with yoga, creating a truly holistic experience for my students.
