Prenatal Yoga Poses for Labor (also good for digestion)

Yoga can be used throughout pregnancy & during labor & delivery. All of these poses can be used to aid in digestion as well (constipation is a common side effect of pregnancy), helping with the downward movement of energy.

This gentle twist can be done in between contractions.

Yoga squat. Can be done with or without the assistance of a prop (bolster, meditation pillow, blocks) or wall.



Goddess pose. A beautiful way to stay grounded & offer that strong energy during a contraction. Lean up against someone for added support, with their arms under yours. Perfect practice pose for breath work & trusting the strength of your body.
