Simple Brain Resets

Oh MY GOSH!!! It's one of those times when simple actions are causing you to feel overwhelmed, angry, sad, just completely out of sorts. You're aware of it, but just reframing your mindset is not doing the quick trick. What do you do?

Here are 3 things I do to reset my mind:

1) I go outside. Being in nature and taking a short walk will often allow me to realign with my true baseline: joy.

2) I sever the ropes by taking a shower. Imagine this energetic forcefield around you & when you are in that negative mindset, it just reverberates in this field. Stepping into a shower can help sever those ropes & refresh your mind.

3) Take a nap/go to sleep! This is my ultimate "I need a reset". When nothing else seems to be working, everything seems to be getting to me & I truly need that reset, I take a nap. Even if it's just a quick 20 minutes, taking a nap has worked wonders for my mindset.

Remember, being in a certain frame of mind affects not only how you perceive the world but what you pull into your world. Resetting your mind can work wonders on your day.

Be carefree!

Naturally Nasreen xx
