Morning Reset Bowl

Here is my finished bowl topped with shaved coconut, sliced almonds and banana.

From #myheb Their 'bright-eyed smoothie' blend. Look at the awesome ingredients. It's all WHOLE FOODS!!!


I love how the carrot is added to get that bit of veggie, but you don't taste it at all. In fact, all of the ingredients blend well together to where not any one stands out.

Two scoops of this gem that I bought at Trader Joe's.

And, 1 cup of my favorite plant-based milk. I love this one, because it blends well with any sort of 'protein' I use. Some other plant milks don't blend as well and leave the grit of the protein.


I literally through this all in a blender, blend well then top. I switch up my toppings every now and then depending on what I have on hand. It's an easy, quick meal that leaves me satisfied for hours.


You can easily remake this. Even if you don't have an HEB. Just grab the items listed in the frozen section and mix about a 1/4 cup of each fruit and veggie. Let me know what you think.
